Privacy policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy applies to the website www.zakordon.net.ua (the "Website"), owned by the individual entrepreneur Shenderovskyi Mykhailo, acting on the basis of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organisations (the "Company").
1.2. The Company respects the Users and persons who visit the Website and/or use its services, therefore, strives to provide the best conditions for the Users, and therefore has developed this Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy").
1.3. The Company reserves the right to publish separate privacy notices for certain sections or services in some cases, as well as to change the Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be put into effect by posting a new version of this Policy. Changes to the Privacy Policy are published by the Company on this page.
1.4. This Policy establishes the procedure for collecting, processing, storing personal data of Users, their types, conditions of access to personal data, conditions of protection of such data, the Company's interaction with third parties and other information that Users may have regarding the amendment, blocking or deletion of their personal data from the Website and its services.
1.5. If you visit this Website and use its services, you agree to be bound by the rules of this Policy.
1.6. In case the Company has made any changes to the Policy with which the User does not agree, he/she is obliged to stop using the Website and its services.
1.7. For the convenience of Users, the Website and its services may contain links to other websites. The Company is not responsible for the privacy policy or the content of such websites.

2. Scope of the Policy

2.1. The Policy applies to personal data and information collected on the Website.
2.2. Personal data is such data that allows the User to be identified as an individual, including name, surname, mobile phone number, email address and other information that the User may personally provide when registering on the Website or using it.
2.3. Account - a set of information about the User as an individual, containing authorisation data (login and password) necessary to identify the User when using the Website.
2.4. Publicly available data is such data and/or information (including Personal Data) to which an individual - you, the owner of this data, has personally provided access to an unlimited number of persons (including by publishing on any website without limiting access to this data) or which, in accordance with the Policy and the current legislation of Ukraine, is not subject to the requirement of confidentiality with respect to such data.
2.5. The website is not intended for underage users. The Company takes security issues very seriously, especially in relation to persons under the age of majority, and therefore, for its part, the Company appeals to parents to explain to their children about Internet security issues, their specific purpose and need to use the Website and certain of its services.

 

3. Collection and use of personal data

3.1. When the User uses the Website and its services, the Company processes user data, namely: data provided by the user both when filling out registration forms and in the process of using the services; cookies; IP addresses; parameters and settings of Internet browsers.
3.2. The Company collects only those personal data (for example, first and last name, login and password, email address, contact phone number, date of birth, gender, etc.) that were knowingly and voluntarily provided by the User as a personal data subject for the purpose of using the Website and its services, which, in accordance with the requirements of the law, is the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing set out in this Policy.
3.3. The Company is limited to collecting the minimum amount of information necessary solely to fulfil the request of the personal data subject. In any case, when information that is not required to be provided is requested, the User will be notified at the time of collection of such information.
3.4. When visiting the Website and its services, logins to the system are recorded. Any other information about the User's traffic is not processed or stored.
3.5. The Company does not collect any information for the processing of which certain requirements are established by law, such as information on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious and ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, conviction of a crime or sentence to criminal punishment, as well as data relating to health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data").
3.6. The Company collects data on the statistics of visits to the Website and its services. The data may contain information about the User's connection, traffic, browser, as well as the date, time, duration of work on the Internet and stay on the Website and its services.
3.7. The processing and storage of personal data is carried out in data centres where the equipment that ensures the functioning of the Website and its services is located. The provided personal data is processed and may be stored in the Personal Database or a separate table of the Website Database.

 

4. Purposes and term of use of personal data

4.1. The Company uses the personal information received from the Users, in particular, for the following purposes: to provide the necessary information and services to the Users; to ensure security and prevent any illegal actions, in particular, to prevent fraud; to improve the personalisation of the use of the Website and its services; to improve the services provided to the Users; to obtain statistical information on the operation of the Website and its services.
4.2. Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary in accordance with the purpose of its processing.
4.3. After the subject of personal data ceases to be a User of the Website and its services by deleting his or her account and/or mailbox, his or her personal data is also automatically deleted.
4.4. The Company does not transfer personal data to third parties, except when such transfer is required by law, at the request of the personal data subject or in other cases set out in this Policy. The Company understands that personal information is a value and inalienable content, including the personal non-property rights of any individual, therefore, it takes all possible measures to protect the personal information of users voluntarily and knowingly transferred to the Company.
4.5. The Website and its services may contain links to other websites (for informational purposes only). If you follow a link to other websites, this Policy will not apply to such websites. In this regard, the Company recommends that you review the privacy and personal data policy of each website before submitting any personal data by which you can be identified.
4.6. Information about the activity (traffic) on the Website and its services of the Users passing through the network or the User's e-mail is protected in accordance with the law.

 

5. IP addresses and cookies

5.1. In the course of operation of the Website and its services, the Company may collect certain information using technologies such as cookies, pixels and local storage (as in a browser or mobile device).

Cookies are small text files that store information directly on the user's computer, mobile phone or other device.

Pixels are small digital images that are part of the code on web pages that allow another server to measure how a web page is viewed, and are often used in conjunction with cookies. The code tracks how, when (and on which page) a pixel is loaded to indicate that a user is interacting with a page or part of a page on the Website.

The Website uses Facebook Pixel to target advertising according to individual interests and preferences. This data makes it possible to customise the treatment of the User based on their demographic interests, as well as to use contextual advertising and personalise the service offer.

With the help of cookies, a web server can save, for example, preferences and settings on the User's computer, mobile phone or other devices, which are then automatically restored during the next visit. In other words, cookies are intended to make the use of the Website more convenient, for example, so that the User does not repeat the login process during the next visit. The Company uses both persistent and session cookies. Persistent cookies remain on the User's computer for a longer period of time, and session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser window is closed.

The Company cares about its Users and tries to make their stay on the Website as comfortable as possible, for this purpose the Company needs to analyse the behaviour, preferences and interests of the User using cookies. Such analysis helps the Company to improve the experience of interacting with the Website, to determine the most convenient interface and navigation of the Website and its services.

Cookies of third-party services and analytics services: for prompt delivery, better display and detailed analysis of the content on the Website, the Company uses services owned by other third-party companies, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Alphabet Inc. The companies listed as an example may use cookies on the User's device while working on the Website.
5.3. The website cannot influence the operation of cookies used by these services. All necessary information about their use can be found by visiting the relevant resource. The main web browsers (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari) are set to automatically accept cookies. To disable them, use the help function in your browser.
5.4. The configuration of cookie settings for mobile web browsers may differ.
5.5. Information about Users obtained through cookies is not sold or distributed in the public domain, and is the property of the company that owns the resource.
5.6. Full operation of the Website and its services is possible only with the use of cookies, as disabling cookies may result in restricted access to the content and inadequate functioning of the Website and its services.
5.7. If the User does not enable the use of cookies or deliberately deletes all cookies from his/her web browser, then upon further visiting the Website and its services, the User will be offered to enable and use cookies again.
5.8. When the User uses the Website and its services, the pages may contain codes of other Internet resources and third parties, as a result of which such Internet resources and third parties receive the User's data. Consequently, these Internet resources may receive and process information that the User has visited these pages, as well as other information transmitted by the User's web browser. Such Internet resources may include: banner display systems (e.g., DoubleClick for Publishers, Admixer, etc.); social networking plug-ins (e.g., Facebook, Twitter), etc.
5.9. The use of these services of the Company is necessary for the operational analysis of visits to the Website and its services, internal and external assessment of the Website traffic, the depth of views, and user activity. The Company does not store or process data received from these services.
5.10. Accordingly, if for any reason the User does not want these services to access his/her personal data, the User may, at his/her own request, log out of his/her account or profile, clear cookies (through his/her browser).

 

6. Protection of personal data

6.1. The Company uses generally accepted standards of technological and operational protection of information and personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite its best efforts, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against any emerging threats.
6.2. The Company ensures that all relevant confidentiality obligations, as well as technical and organisational security measures, are in place to prevent unauthorised or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data.
6.3. The Company provides access to information and personal data only to authorised employees who have agreed to ensure the confidentiality of such information and data in accordance with the Company's requirements.
6.4. The dissemination of personal data without the consent of the personal data subject or his/her authorised person is allowed in cases determined by the applicable law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights.
