Right of return

The «Customer» is any legally capable individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur who has visited the «Za Kordon» Website and accepted this Agreement, has the right to a refund for passenger transportation services from the «Contractor» - a business entity providing passenger transportation services and whose details are specified in Section 10 of this Agreement. The right to a refund is possible from the moment of full payment for the services and subject to the following refund conditions:

  • up to 48 hours before the departure of the bus trip: 85% of the full cost of the travel document is refunded

  • from 48 hours to 24 hours before the departure of the bus trip: 75% of the full cost of the travel document is refunded

  • from 24 hours to 12 hours before the departure of the bus trip: 50% of the full cost of the travel document is refunded

  • from 12 hours to 1 hour before the departure of the bus trip: 15% of the full cost of the travel document is refunded

  • less than 1 hour before the departure of the bus trip: 0% of the full cost of the travel document is refunded

The terms of refund by the «Contractor» in favour of the «Customer» for passenger transportation services are up to 30 calendar days from the date of the «Request for Refund» and subject to the above refund conditions. In all other cases, a refund is not possible.

 

The «Customer» has no other method of refunding funds for passenger transportation services, except for the method of forming a «Refund Application». You can create a «Refund Request» by following this link.

The «Contractor» reserves the right to change these return conditions in accordance with the return conditions of the carrier companies in individual cases.
