2. The system will find and display the buses on the page based on the data you entered. In case the system does not find any bus trips according to your request, try changing the search parameters (departure point, arrival point or departure date). If after changing the search parameters you still can't find any buses, try to use the help of our partners via this link and find your bus trip there.

3. Choose the most suitable bus trip among the buses displayed on the page. To do this, read the brief and additional information about the bus trip and the terms and conditions of transportation services provided by the carriers.
   Brief information about the bus trip:
   - departure time and arrival time
   - departure and arrival addresses
   - travelling time
   - price for 1 ticket
   - number of available seats and total number of seats in the bus
   - carrier company
   - number of transfers (if the bus trip is non-stop, it is indicated that the trip is Direct)

4. To display additional information about the bus trip, click the (Bus Trip Details) button on the desired bus trip.

5. When you have already decided on a bus trip, click the (Select) button on the trip you have chosen.

6. You are now on the page for filling in passenger data. Here you need to fill in the data about all passengers (first name, last name, select seat number, select a discount / benefit if the passenger falls into one of the categories in the list). Next, enter your phone number/Viber and email address. Click the (Go to payment) button at the bottom of the page.

7. You are now on the payment page. Here you need to choose a payment method convenient for you (Card, QR code, LiqPay, Privat24, Visa Checkout, MasterPass, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and pay the ticket price.

8. After successful payment, you will see a thank you page and information with the ticket number for each passenger. Opposite each ticket number there will be a button (Download Ticket), click it to save the electronic ticket (E-ticket) on your device. You will need to present it to the bus driver on the day of departure when boarding the bus. An electronic ticket (E-ticket) is a confirmation that you have a reserved seat for a particular bus trip and is a travel document for the specific connection indicated in it. It is issued to a specific person and has a unique identifier and confirms that the fare has been paid.
